Gopher huntting

Anybody out huntting the little Gophers yet? I've got 60 already, and only half mile from town. The little 17 HMR sure does the trick on them. CAJ

grew up in great falls, dad used to take me out...man i sure miss gopher hunting...get a jackrabbit everynow and then too.

My soninlaw moved back to Montana from Loveland Colorado, and can not beleive how easy it is to go out and do some shooting without having to pay dearly for a couple hours of shooting. We have plenty areas within a couple miles of town, without having ten thousand people fly by you on the roads. CAJ

yep, that was a checkmate...for now. But in 10 years it will be awesome. Already thinking about buying them a lifetime MN hunting and fishing license.
