how do you guys get your pictures off your computer onto your forum? I am very computer stupid!!

thank you guys!! I have my photo on photobucket but am having trouble opening second page to transfer photo to here. you guys have any idea what im doing wrong?

minimize the window with photobucket and open another internet explorer and log into FM on that one and start your post so you have two windows going side by side or at least on the toolbar below. that's how I do it. I also have the latest Internet Explorer which has the tabs so I just open another tab and have them side by side.
