Mantis tillers

I'll post this here also. I have a chance to buy an older Mantis tiller at a reasonable price. However the owner says that it runs well, but it is a hard starter and may need a carb kit. Does anyone know how expensive it would be to get the kit and get it installed? Thanks.

If you dont do it yourself the carb kit is about 20 bucks and maybe 50 to have a small engine repair place rebuild it for you.
