North Country Meats in Riverdale (Coon Rapids)

I am wondering if anyone out there knows where Tom, the owner of North Country Meats is working now. That place was my favorite meat market to go to. Great people, great cuts and the best seafood prices out there!

I would like to get a hold of him. He made the best Italian venison sausage, I've ever had.

They were in the Riverdale complex in Coon Rapids, next to DQ. They went out of business around a year and a half ago.

I feel your pain Hoggs. I was a regular there. Tom is my neighbor and has been going through a bit of a rough time as of late.

I would've paid more there, just for the fact that they were so personable there. I'd walk in trying to make my decision and they'd give me about 4 different kinds of jerkey to munch on. I hope whatever it is, it's not too serious.
