Locker Plant Tullibees

Hello I have been catching a few Tullibees but basically am to darn lazy to smoke them myself I am told i can bring them in and have them done I am wondering if you do this What is the avg cost and how do they want them heads on guts in or what I usually cut the heads of take the guts out and now they are in the freezer is this right. I am kinda new to the tullibee stuff We used to can them but now I have no clue how to do that anymore sorry for rambling on Thanks for any help..

I had some done a few years ago. It was 50 cents a piece for 75 of them... they wanted the guts out is all. I brought mine to a place that did my venison by brainerd... not sure where by you.

Two words - Fergus Locker.

Gill and gut them, and bring them in. They will brine and smoke them for about a half a dollar each, and they do an excellent job.
