When I got to the park in Red Wing, I was afraid this was all the action I would see. I didn't want to go home empty handed. This just seems too early for open water fishing. The wind coming off that water was cold.

I'm one of those never stop guys, the river for me! I just would prefer to sit in a boat than stare at a hole in the ice. Just been a tough winter for any open water!
