IceHawk
Anyone use one of these or have had a experiance with one? I have been contemplateing on getting one to add to our snow goose arsenal this yr. I was wondering what kind of success or lack of people are encountering useing them?
Sartell Angler
I've heard that they are very effective for snows (moreso than for ducks / canadas)That said I have never seen them in use or even hunted snows so what do I know. Hoping to change that this spring but without the kindness of strangers our group of 4 won't be decoying birds but instead sneaking / pass shooting. LovenLifeGuy
We use one when we go to canada in the fall. They work great for ducks! The ducks will just pile in under that thing. The geese, both canadas and snows seem to be very shy of it. If we set up for snows we will not put it up or we will take it down after the early flight of ducks. Just my experience. It is a duck killer!LovenLifeGuy
Scott M
They look sweet, that's for sure. Roboducks and Vortex machines. Who needs wind anymore? Certainly are spendy but you can get some great hunts in under them.IceHawk if you get one and use it let us know how it went.
