Steve Foss
My light walleye tip-up is spooled with 8 lb Trilene XL and a 10-lb Vanish leader. If you have other tips with much heavier line for pike and want to convert them for an evening's 'eye bite, it's easy to tie on six feet or so of Vanish in, say 6, 8 or 10 lb for a leader, just always remembering that the leader is far weaker than the main line. ------------------"Worry less, fish more."Steve Foss[email protected]
