FM on channel 9

I just saw the channel 9 report about the 52inch musky cought on minnetonka in Jan. The DNR found the guy, gave the guy a written warning, and took the fish but ended up giving the fish back because the musky season change took place on Dec 15th and was not posted in the regs.

Should have posted here instead of the ice fishing forum I guess, I'm disappointed.
