I am heading up to Rainy Lake first part of March to ice fish for crappies. Never been there before, and I only have one day to fish. I need some help on where (in general) to start and what to look for. I have mobility and electronics. Any help would be great. Thanks.

If you have never been there, I would suggest hooking up with Woody at Fairly Reliable FIshing guide service!!! THis guy knows Rainy like no other. It may cost you the first time up there but then you have the spots from there on. He is not only a great guide, but you will have a blast with him also. You will find him on the Internet.
