duck2
Much is written about the Brule River in Douglas County. Does anyone have any experience pursuing trout and salmon in the Cranberry River in Bayfield County? Thanks
Jim Hudson
Not much of a stream fisherman.. But have heard people always catching lake run browns in the Cranberry.. Also, shore casting from the beach.. Am sure there are resident, smaller, browns as well and the occasional salmon and steelhead up in there too.. Most are pretty tight lipped on streams, but that is about all I can help with... Sorry..
DeathRoe
Yeah, good luck getting anyone to tell you anything about any of those streams on a public forum. There's way too many lurkers out there. Try throwing up your email and ask for people to contact you that way. Too bad FM's PMs don't work. SKIPPERS KID
I herd it was good, ooop's we just let the cat out!!!!!! Well all the rivers are good you just have to fish them and see for your self. If I was to say it's fishing and seeing knew water that is what it should be. Have fun Exploring new water. matthothand
I know it gets some fish...every trib on the south shore gets some amount of fish. It's worth a a trip or two. If you strike out there's other good water in the area to still make good on.
