underwater cameras

i have seen the aqua vu in action.but in stained water cant see nadda.i have never seen the marcum camera in action.i dont need to know which unit is best i dont want to turn this into a war between products.but my ? is.is there a underwater camera you can use in stained water and see pretty good?

I used to have a Marcum, and the visibility was no better but no worse. The only reason I switched was the smaller size of the AV.

To answer your question.. .Nope.. its just scubba diving without getting wet.. you can only see as far as the water clarity allows.

i fish alot of stained water lakes.so btw it sounds the underwater camera wouldnt do me any good.

Have a 560 that I use on Vermilion. Works fine. Would work better in clearer water. Don't even bother hauling to LOW as you will be lucky to see 2'

Only viewing 2 feet may be enough if you are using it solely to confirm bottom structure or transition zones. But of course if you are planning to really view while fishing then you would need a bit more distance.
