we have a lake place up north and we have recently found a few good areas for craps and walleyes, i would like to build two perms we can drag out and put one on each spot (one for walleyes one for crappies). i was thinking about an 8 x 10 or 8 x 12 or so. i would like at least one house to have a table that folds into a bed with a bunk above it. I work with metal all day and was schooled in welding and fab. but when it comes to construction i don't have the slightest clue on what to do to make a nice sturdy and somewhat lightwieght house. any insight into this and any pictures would be appriciated.

i would also like to know what it has cost people to make these types of houses, and how to go about it. nothing fancy just the basics king of like this house pictured here:
