0 PerchJerker
For combo units, I am a bigger fan of Lowrance and Eagle than I am of Hummingbird.Lowrance and Eagle will both take Lakemaster or Navionics chips. Good quality, simple to use, lots of nice features. Lowrance is top of the line but you can get the almost-comparable Eagle for less money. The popular current Lowrance models are the 520 series, I'm not sure what the comparable Eagle model is but that should give you a starting point. Good luck. 0 Sandmannd
I have a lowrance x17 that came with the boat. It's older, but love to have it. Much easier to find my way back and around on new lakes. Great for marking fish. I still have my H20 and love that as well.
0 Tom7227
If you have a hand held you can take it anywhere - hunting, ice fishing, on your trip to where ever and it can do anything the combo units do. Spend the money on as much of a you can afford and get the newest hottest depth/fish finder you can find.
