Ice

Dumb question; but is the ice up on Red holding up? Thinking about heading up for a few days this weed/end. What are they biting on? Any other heads up?

Most people are advising foot or ATV traffic only, as the accesses are really sloppy right now. I remeber driving through over a foot of water/slush on top of the ice last week.

But check out what people have to say on the Red lake forum. Also make sure to ask them if you need an extension

You are not very nice!! I get a kick out of the URL forum, there is usually a thread about 2 - 5+ pages long where there is some sort of b!+(#!^@ going on. I love it. I once posted a question with the topic of Extension. But in the message I asked if I should extend my trip on URL for a couple days to make my experience better. They got a kick outta that one!!

The only driving of vehicles would be on the south end if any. The east side is taking 4-wheeler traffic only.
