For those of you who have lived in Nebraska, check out this "proposed" bill by Senator Ernie Chambers. This law will never pass, but it is interesting that anyone in their right (or even wrong) mind would propose. Even though this won't get anywhere, this is factual...and freaky. Imagine if someone tried this in Minnesota or Wisconsin. The remainder of this wouldn't paste for some reason, but number 4 states that people violating this "law" could be convicted of a Class IV Felony. CRAZY!!!

You know him well. Supposedly he is leaving office soon. This was going to be his "Swan Song". He will not be missed.

Yeah, I do know him. I'm orginally from Nebraska City just south of Omaha. Used to laugh at he way he looked and his little tirades he would throw when i would see him speeking at senate meetings. Only 2 words when he is gone. SO LONG!!!
