Thanks for the reply. Im assuming that max. depth is about 12ft. Is there a lot of snow on the lakes up there? Fished traverse last weekend and got around pretty good with atv.

thanks again

Sounds like the south side of waubay is your best bet for Perch. All I can say on this lake is keep moving if you want perch. If you don't have a perch in 45 minutes I would move.

The sportman's cove in Webster is a good place for info on fishing waubay.

Send me an email if you want some links on South Dakota fishing.

Check my profile for email address.

Thanks Brian, I don't think I am going to be able to go with but wanted to get the rellies and my daughter to a spot to keep busy, no matter the size, but you know. NOT BORING... at least that is the phrase my daughter tells me if you don't get a bite every 30 minutes.

Hey you should come home this weekend and fish the Round Lake tourney.

Later,

Chad

I have to work Saturday. We are coming back home, but won't get there till 3:30pm. Have not done any ice fishing since December because of work. The days I have had off the weather has been crappy.

Emeny swim might be a good choice for action. I know there are bluegills and perch in that lake. Also pickeral has been decent for smaller crappies.

Good luck in the tourny.
