Is there any where I can still catch walleyes through the ice i know the mississippi is open year round. Is there anyway to fish out there now? Any help is appreciated.

Some of the best icefishing of the winter season is soon coming on LOTW. Stays open till 4-15.

Pool 2 has a lot of open water shore fishing you can do. Try the area around Hidden Falls from the dam down to the mouth of the Minnesota. There's some shoreline ice now, but that should break up soon with some warmer weather & boat traffic. And of course if you have a boat you can fish Pool 2 or Pool 4 near Red Wing. Vern
