GHG Full Body Decoys

Recommended Posts

I havn't had a problem either it is just that I have the older screw on type and they dont fit flush and they tend to pop off and be hard to put on in cold weather especially in the avery slot bags so I was wondering if any one has ever glued the heads on I know some people have done that to the foot bases.

I do like the decoys though I have 8 dozen of them and love them other then always looking for little ways to make stuff better.

Sounds a bit drastic but it would work for sure, just put the heads on the new GHG full bodies I got and they fit alot better then my old ones, they have a full flocked body so I think they are a different kind. Thanks for the info!!

I can't keep a 1/4th of the heads on my dozen GHG Floaters either. Really tickin' me off. They are the screw on heads and I understood they've been changed now unless I heard something wrong.

Mr. Jeff Foiles was shown running sheetrock screws into his full bodies with the Makita on Fallin' Skies 4 to keep the heads on. I really hate to do that but it would definitely fix the issue.

Yes they have, now the heads on the floaters are virtually the same as the heads on the full bodys as far as how they attach, and i hunt with a guy who has 20 GHG flaoter goose decoys and yes once in a while they fall off but only when they're in the decoys bags, never had them fall off in the water.
