How do I change my Avatar to a pic?

Lee - click on My Home in the light green shaded area above the forum and then click on personal preference, etc. after you open.

I tried Tim but when I click change avatar it comes up with some stupid pictures and won't go to my pictures folder.

Lee- Your right... They did the reconfiguration and maybe they have'nt gotten to the Avatar section. Use the contact us link and send admin an email and post the info as well if you can for members to change or add an avatar, or wwhen they will have it fixed.
