jeff127
Heres a good one. This is true---- I ran into a guy today fishing on lake minnetonka, I asked him how they were biting and he said he hadn't caught a fish. I asked him what he was after and what he was using. He said sunfish and pointed to what I thought was his lunch. He then reeled up and had a half a wendys' chicken nugget as bait. Hmmmmm! At what point in a days fishing would anyone turn to chicken nuggets to catch a fish. I think someone sent this guy on a snipe hunt.jeff-----------------------------------so many lakes........so little time
Steve Foss
Or maybe he got mixed up and ate the waxworms for lunch instead of the nuggets. Then what do you do but bait your hook with what's left . . . and hope?
DARK30
With mono, I would go with the fries first but...."to each his own". I remember well that week at camp....I thought for sure I would catch one of those Snipes! It seemed so logical....Just shine your flashlight into the coffee can and get down low in the tall grass. If you got the " special call" down (something like BREEEEAAA)...They would run right in there! WET NETS!------------------cast,cast,cast,cast......
