H2Oc Update

I did a file save from a 520c out of my boat and wanted to move the .usr file over to a H2Oc but said the file wasn't compatible. So, I thought maybe I need a software update to the H2O but after downloading the .exe file it doesn't auto install as per the instructions on the Lowrance HSOforum. ????

OK, I got the H2O updated (java issue ) but it still won't recognize the .usr file that was saved from the 520c. It says it's not compatible with the software version. Any .usr file that I had previously saved from my old X-15 graph would transfer over fine, but apparently not from the 520c.
