Swill
Does anyone know if there is omega3 and 6 fish oil in freshwater fish? I would assume there is but almost all the things I have read seem to only mention sea fish. If anyone has any other information on freshwater fish like protein or calories that would be great..Trying to thin it up a little and mix in a salad...Swill

Guest
The oily varieties of freshwater fish contain beneficial fatty acids, salmon, lake trout, stream trout, ciscoes and whitefish, etc.
