LOL. Your just like everyone else waiting for the ice to come. I believe that we will have enough ice for the opener. I hope to god we do have enough or its going to be a long few months without it.

i was driving around the metro this morning, and not one little man made pond had ice on it. It has to get dang cold to get ice rolling around here for the opener. Might have to drive way north to cut the spear hole on opening day.

Just checked the forcast for the Walker area and it looks like around the 24th the cold snap will arive, and bring nights down to single digits right before the opener.

It needs to get cold now. Can't wait until the annual trip up to the cabin.
