What is this for? I've noticed a green (Contact Us Please) sticker on the back of all the QB helmets this year. I may have missed something, but what's it for?

it just indicates what helments have ear pieces in them.

Yep. There can be only one green spot helmet on the field (per team) at any time.

  I am so very sorry to hear this and so sorry for the loss of Chamois. She was beautiful companion. We will always miss the dogs we have lost. Unfortunately we lost both of our dogs just 6 days apart in November.
