missed a doe last night

I had a doe come in behind me last night she milled around back there but spun around and fed back the way she came from. Around 6 she came back and of course she goes through the thick stuff instead of the deer trail, (would have been an easy 18 yard shot) but then she popped out at about 35 yards and I shot and she ducked my string and to aplify that I was high in her back went I released. I guess I would rather miss that hit that dead zone. I have a problem of releasing the instant I get the pins on the body. Do you guys have any solutions to that problem? any help would be appreciated.
