Who hunts with Shooting Glasses?

Wearing a pair of yellow lense shooting glasses might just be the best thing I've done in the last couple years to improve my hunting & shooting. I would have never thought a cheep $10 pair of glasses could do that but I think they have.

The glasses improve contrast, especially with low light and cloud cover. I can pick the ducks out of the sky much easier, and I can also distinguish drakes from hens much easier as well. Like I said, its a contrast thing and the differences between dark and light are applified with the glasses on.

I started hunting ducks while wearing them last year. I had commented to my buddy about them last year that I thought they improved my vision. This year, he was wearing a pair and he said the same thing once the weekend was over, that the glasses made a huge difference in seeing the birds, as well as identifying what they are in flight.

I was just curious if anyone else hunts with shooting glasses, and if they've noticed the same things, or am I just imagining this?

Thats funny you should bring this subject up about these glasses, I bought a pair at walmart last week and used them this gloomy raining weekend we had for opener, what a difference, I cant wait to use them for deer hunting, u can really pick out images, when ducks are flying in trees u can pick them out much better, should have used them years ago
