Nice stuff, Jonny. On the Pow Wow Trail I saw some amanitas between saucer and dinner plate sized, like the ones you showed. Not that I was tempted to use them as dinner plates. Make one wrong bite and you're TOAST!

Thanks guys....Steve....Geesh!this gotta be the "year of the Amanita" ...bet this year I coulda filled a pick-up truck box with the amanitas I've come across...just today I bet I came across 200 or so on the Shannon Lake Trail and the Dean Forest road near the Sturgeon Lake area...to bad one couldn't eat em ...
