sharp blades

Just wondering if anyone knows how to sharpen blades on a jiffy power auger?

I use a bandsaw with a sanding belt in it, very fine, I made a jig out of a pc of 2x4 with an angle cut an the end. the angle is cut so that the concave side of the blade is towards the belt at 90 deg. attach the blade to the block and go slowly back and forth and clean it up w/stone. hope that helps, hard to explain
