Could anyone give me year and hp for Merc serial #A703906

I think it's a 25, but no badging on motor.

Thanks Val, I kind of forgot that I posted this. A co-worker bought a boat and wanted some info. There are no decals on the motor, but the seller claimed it was a 25.

Any way to find out for sure??
