He is my folk's neighbor at the cabin. His house also burned down this summer. That is a string of bad luck. I will say this - he is one tough S.O.B. The other neighbors were saying that all he wanted to talk about was how many bears he saw coming to the bait. He was luck he didn't become the bait!
