Anyone hunting the metro, and where???

Our groups is hunting fields in Denmark township anyone else hunting the metro????

I'm not hunting the metro, but I am in the St. Cloud area. With a little luck I'll have permission on a field, but at this point I am 0 for 5 with gaining permission. I understand that this may be a little bit off topic, but how close is too close when it comes to townships and such? There were some fields i thought were too close as they were bordered on almost all sides by a subdivision or a parking lot for an office building, etc. Does it all have to be outside city limits? I assumed that if it was white and not pinkish in the plat book it was fair game assuming one had permission.

Ours is based on the townships policy on hunting, anything East of cty road 19 in cottage grove is open to shotgun hunting.

Ole Matty, it was fun showing you those spots!!! Now you know some good spots to try, and one that people don't use!!! After seeing all those ducks and geese, I'm excited for the regualr season!!
