I wish I would have gotten a DSLR sooner. This is fun stuff. Tonight I was messing around with blurs and panning with slow shutter speeds. I had a willing guinea pig so we had some fun. This is the result. I did take probably 100 photos and several were good but this was my favorite.

I just bought an Induro tripod and Bogen Grip Ball head. I was using that setup practicing for bird shots. Thanks

That's good stuff, Mike. Also a nice technique to use sometimes for moving animals like a trotting horse or fox.
