I've only fished North Arm Bay once.. Seems like a nice bay.. Haven't really caught anything out of there so not sure what to tell you.

Fish deep and slow - well that's what kinda worked last time out there which was a week ago already. Find nice weeds with hard bottom and access to deep water and you should find something. Jig n pig and good ol plastic worm beat me up as that's what my buddy used.

Hello

I have noticed that because of the varying water clarity's different bays can be better under different weather conditions. Wind can effect the bite in different bay's also. Something to think about.
