Pool 4 cattin

Kyleb and I are headed to pool 4 to chase some kitties. Any tips on what kind of spots we should target for flats? Also, can we bring any bait with us if we launch in wisconsin?

your bound by MN laws on border waters. No sunfish for MN residents, but you can fish 2 rods per person. Good luck there are some piggies. Maybe FARMBOY might be able to help out with some spots. I know he has spent a lot of nights on that section of river.

Where are you guys planning on lauching from? Let me know and I can give you a few pointers. I have been unable to fish for the last 3 weeks, so my info may be a little dated. I hear flows are down and it is HOT.
