I'm sure you meant, Aug 1 only to apply for the lottery for an Upper Lakes Sturgeon Tag. Winnebago tags can be bought over the counter through October.

Thanks for the heads up Cooter. Any word on the new baiting ban yet? I was in your area a couple of times last week. Drove by Wissota lake -sp? Looked like a very busy lake.

No news on any new feeding/baiting issues. The Aug 1 app for sturgeon is called the "Upriver" sturgeon season. Yes, Wissota is a busy lake, weekends I will not fish it! You should have stopped by for a couple free Leinie's!
