theghost_03
A group of us are currently looking to go to Lac Seul near the end of August, first off how is the fishing at this time of year? I have done some checking on several resorts and have had a tough time finding anything under $100 per night. We would be bringing our own boats, etc. Any responses would be appreciated. iffwalleyes
I don't know that you will find anything for under a $100 unless you mean $100/ person. We stay at a place for $295 a night for 6 people. The other thing is if you are looking for this august you might not have alot of choice on where to go. Several places book a year in advance. theghost_03
I apologize, I did mean $100 dollars per day per personI realize it will more than likely be difficult to get a reservation, any advice although where I could start for resorts? WALLiOLE
We stay at Gold Pines by Ear Falls and take our own boats and it runs $400 to $500. That is per person for the whole trip up and back (625 miles oneway). Some cabins are modern and some are on the rustic order. The owners are very nice. You would have to check their web site and call for availibilty.
