12v battery box - portable house modification help

Does anyone know if they make a hard plastic "case" for carrying that spare 12v (vex) battery? I'm looking for something similar to the plastic box/case for larger deep cycle batteries). Or anything else that might work. I want to attach it to the inside of the sled on my portable fish house.

I built a tray out of a piece of aluminum and mounted it to the bracket that the poles attach to on my fish trap. Cut it out of a single piece and bent into a box shape.

That's a good idea. Somebody oughta manufacture something. I messed up a couple good gel Vex batteries when they actually bounced around in a plastic sled and managed to touch each other. Having them upright in a box would have prevented that.

I made the same setup using the large battery box with the lid. I added a horizontal board near the top with a cigarette adapter that was hooked up to the battery so I could plug in lights, gps, etc...

I just painted the inside of a customers trailer that had a plastic 12 volt vexilar battery box to run the inside lights. maybe try a tailer supply store!

Thanks guys. I'm looking to permanently install a 12volt "box" in my portable sled, and then put a toggle switch on the outside of the box that I'll also connect to my overhead LED light strings. So I'll have a permanent on/off switch for lights in my portable. Doesn't that sound like the perfect lighting solution for a portable???
