johnson lower unit

i have a 1980 johnson 60 hp 2cyl. the motor runs great but my lower unit took a dump. i am haveing a hard time finding a replacement at a fair price any help would be great!

Did you mean fair to you or fair to both parties? 500 is a fair price if you can find one for that. I'm sure a new one would be 1500 or more. Try tims outboard at hackensack. They will sell you one for a fair price.
