Here we go guys...

I compiled and maintained last years Big Cat Safari 2006 (photo board) topic and will do the same again this year. Check out the following link for last year's ginormous flatheads. Simply mind bottling.

Here's the deal, Big Cat Safari 2007 is the 40lbs and over club. There's no money involved, no prizes, no contest, no fame, but you get your picture on the internet looking silly holding a big fish!

I'll be continually updating this first post as fish come in so all the photos will be in the same spot.

Congrats guys! Those are all true beasts. Every fish has a mouth big enough for 2 hands with room to spare! Thats the mark of a pig.

Let me know if I've missed a few. I know Wastewaterguru has one that I'm digging up still. I Da Man caught a beast if he'll let me post.

Rushing keeps getting closer and closer so I'm sure you'll have one up here soon.

I can't bend the rules to let a "close" fish in, it has to make it. Remember, its just for fun!

If I get there I get there if I don't I don't. Dozer42 has 3 fish in the 40s this year and he doesn't even post his fish. I know of a few other big fish caught this year as well.

Keep it coming Larry, you know I can take it! You have fishing plans this weekend at all?

Anyway, honorable mention is a solid idea as well. I'll gather up all the info on the 38-39lb fish and post them at the end of the year together in a new topic. Looks like Rob might run away with that category!

Also heard there was another 40 plus caught last night. Should be getting the photo of that one soon.

I think I'm going to have to talk to Dtro (since he can mod this forum) and get the Big Cat Safari topic stickied and locked at the top. I can't re-edit my first post in this thread either, the max time allowed for editing has expired. I'd like to keep all the pics in the same format (like above) all in the same place, rather than randomly posted through a thread.
