Anyone do any fishing on Jessie Lake this year?

You'll probably get better info in the Deer River or Grand Rapids forum. I fished it a little a couple weeks ago, one eater walleye. Doesn't sound like a whole lot is going on this year so far....my in-laws said that boat traffic on the lake is down from normal, usually indicates a tough bite. I also saw a lot of boats moving from spot to spot while there over Mem weekend and a couple weeks later, that's usually also an indication of people not catching much. They're in there, it just might be another year where thay have a good forage base to feed on. Makes things a little more challenging.
