Questor Posted June 7, 2007 Share Posted June 7, 2007 I started grilling fish on the barbecue this year using a grilling basket. They cost about $6 at Fleet Farm. You enclose the fish in the basket, brush the fillets lightly with mayonnaise or miracle whip (really, you have to trust me on this point) and grill it until done. It works amazingly well. Works great for vegetables on the grill.As for the mayonaisse, try some of the different flavored ones like the sun dried tomato or some of the garlic. Heck flavor your own.
