What are the water levels like on clearwater and pipestone?

Last year it was extremely low there was hardly any water flowing out of pipestone into clearwater.

Pipestone is low, but has come up a little with the recent rains. There still isn't much water coming out of Pipestone into Clearwater. Where do you stay when you are up here?
