Lunker
Haven't had one of those 'pull out the lawnchairs and beer and throw some bait out' nights in a while. Last night we fished from 6pm to 3am with a short intermission at the bar, and we had a blast. Our small group caught 6 suckers from 4-6 pounds, half a dozen or so walleyes, a decent smallie, a 23" sturgeon, and 6 carp, the biggest of which was my 10.1 pounder. The carp fed after a big thunderstorm, at night, kind of odd for carp I thought. Only thing we didn't catch was a cat, and that's what we were there for. Sometimes the simple fishing is the most fun. Everything came on crawlers except a couple of walleyes that took cutbait. Wisconsin River.
Flaco651
Thats too bad you didn't get any cats, but it still sounds like a good time with quite a bit of action.
