Anyone hunt prairie chickens in MN?

I'm just curious about chasing some chickens this year. I see that there is a fall hunt application deadline on DNR HSOforum for the 4 day season. Is it hard to find them and get on land? What kind of sucess do hunters usually have? I've hunted them in SD but never tried it in MN.

Around Crookston when I was deer hunting this year they were every where. I was on state land but don't know if you can hunt it or not but there all up and down around valley.

Nope, I hunt a lot of ditch parrots though,,,,lol (pheasants) just rippin ya!
