DuraSafe locks for depth finders?

I have just run across these and I wonder if anyone is using them and has any thoughts on them. I also just figured out that I will need one for each side of the depth finder and one for the Ram ball mount?

Are they worth it? Or just as easy to take it off every night or when we stop by for supper after fishing late?

Thoughts?

I've never heard of this as an option and I kinda work with them on as sponsor (sort of) but any ways I'll have to check them out online and see. If there are small and not clumzy AND cheap they just might be worth the investment to save your investmnet.

That is what I was thinking. Might be wirth the small investment as a piece of mind -- just wondering if anyone knew anything else about them.

Just figured out that I will need to get the one for the ram mount as well -- may be more $$ than it is worth.

They can key them all the same so I guess that would help.

Good question. Looks like this product takes care of locking the unit to the bracket. The issue is locking the bracket to any quick release system. Lap-top cable?
