Mine is does the same thing and it's 1-1/2 years old. I guess I'll try the silicone spray too, I just thought that was normal.

I think some squeaking is normal, based on other trailering I have done, but this is load and often. I am going to check the bolts and silicone tonight.

I think the steel flexing makes some noise as well and is normal. The leaf springs and other metal to metal areas get dry from being put in and out of the water all the time. I have had some bolts vibrate loose already so I check them on a reg. basis. A while back the rear leaf springs on my truck got squeeky and I sprayed them with WD-40 and after a while it went away. Silicone spray will not hurt electrical connections and will help bead water off and should hold up to water better than WD-40.

Certain brands squeak more than others. Ez-Loaders and Spartans are non stop noise. Shorelanders are pretty good. Karavan isn't bad. It is a normal thing I wouldn't waste money on trying to fix it because you will be in for a never ending battle. It usally is from the leaf springs and bolts that connect the leafs to the trailer. Besides you usually only hear it when as slow speeds. Entering and leaving the access is when I usually hear it.

Roller trailers make more noise than bunks, but most of the noise comes from the spring pivot bolts. Fenders are another good source for squeeking noises. The hull rubbing against the snub roller/bow stop will make noise, as will the bunk rollers as they wear into the hull and leave divits. Those are usually lower pitched squeeking/rubbing noises.
