So I was driving back home the other day. I was back on some country roads, it was around 70 degrees out, and about 300 yds in front of me, I thought I saw a small bear run out in the road! Got up there, and turns out to be the biggest Tom I have ever seen in my life. His beard must have been 12+ inches long. Then, when I got past it a little ways, it fully fanned out in the middle of the friggin road! Couldnt believe it! I have never hunted turkeys before, but this year I was going to try to get one with my bow. I wasnt thinking about it seriously, but now just think it must be a sign that I should definatley get out there!

In the event you dont know, you can only buy an archery tag over the counter for the last 2 seasons, and only in permit areas with 50 minimum tags per season.
