Oil Rig

This is a Oil Rig that is on the move, these rigs travel at about 1.2 to 1.5 mph. They usually don't go farther than 20 miles at a time, but will if they need to.

I work at a oil production facility in Prudhoe Bay, AK. It's quite a site watching something of that size manuever down a 35' wide gravel road. You can see we still have quite a bit of snow, it's finally above zero though and the days are getting a lot longer, sunrise at 5 am and sunset at 11 pm.

A couple more days and i'll be back in society chasing Nodak walleyes and MN crappies.
