Planning the annual trip for next Wednesday but postponed after seeing the weather report. What does the Channel A flowage, Coulee bridges and Cando area look like for open water after this cold snap?

when you go up to DL what is the main fish you target? walleyes or northerns? and what kind of bait do you use plastics, smelt, or live bait under a bobber?

Typically a jig and minneow will be decent producers. Jigs and plastics will work too if their is a good bit. This for walleyes.
